RAM Communications Upgrades & Consolidates Restaurant Groups Telecom Infrastructure DES PLAINES, Illinois (November 30, 2020) - Perhaps no industry has been hit harder by the coronavirus pandemic than restaurants and bars. With shutdowns and capacity limits eating into already-thin profit margins, every penny in savings matters. If one service is interrupted, the system redirects all voice and data traffic to the surviving service. The new system resulted in a 65% drop in repair calls and outages within a six-month period.
