Job duties are not limited to the basic tasks shown below: Must be able to read and interpret plans and submittals. It is your duty to make sure the sub-contractors are scheduled, materials have been ordered and on site, and ensure sub-contractors are completing their work within the scope provided on the plans or change orders. Coordinate with the Procurement Manager on material orders. Understand basic code requirements. Work with the project designer on any selections or change orders. Ensure the job site(s) materials are kept in an orderly fashion and no debris strewn outside or inside. Will call for dumpster change outs should they become full. Will be on rotation with the other Site Supervisors sweeping streets. Make sure all homes are secured at the end of the day with doors locked, windows closed, job site tidy. Scheduling punch work may be assigned on closing or closed homes.
