SAUGUS, MA — A crash on Route 1 is causing southbound traffic delays heading where the highway splits off to Lynn Fells Parkway. The crash is blocking the left lane outside the Dunkin' and Target near Kelly's. No injuries have been reported, but Channel 7 reported delays of 20-30 minutes heading southbound.
