PARKVILLE, MD — A barricade situation prompted the midday closure of Taylor Avenue Thursday, according to the Baltimore County Police Department. Drivers were advised to expect delays. Police activity was heavy around Taylor Avenue between Old Harford Road and Perring Parkway, officials said. One person was arrested, according to WBAL, which reported the road had opened by 3 p.m.
