Description
This is a Full and/or Part time position (including Saturdays) at Four Winds Club, Inc., a private membership campground located in Rappahannock Academy, VA.
Primary responsibilities include the day to day management of the office and related functions such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Banking, Payroll, Reporting, Spreadsheets, Maintenance of Membership Files and Membership Cards just to name a few.
To perform this job successfully, the following core skills are required:
Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and computers in generalGeneral accounting experience Excellent verbal and written and people communication skillsMust be detailed oriented, well organized, and able to work independentlyAbility to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Supporting, communicating, and interacting with Campground Directors, Members, personnel field staff, campers, guest, visitors etc.
Compensation to be determined with experience, work schedule and qualifications.
