Excellent opportunity to work with private contractor fighting wildland fires during the 2022 season.. our first mobilization last year was April 14th and it's sizing up to be another busy year.. last year went into OCT. Seeking strong candidate(s) for on call contract positions.. This requires: availability, a positive mental attitude, answering the call/text from dispatch, arriving to roll-out location within 45 min. of that call, ability to be on rotation (maybe out of town) for up to 14-21 days/ 12-14 hrs a day, as well as put in good work. IS THIS YOU??.. **previous wildland fire, chainsaw or woods experience is a plus**..Wildland fire and fire-line safety training is required and can be provided, but currently red-carded individuals highly encouraged to apply.. POSITION(S): 1.. Engine Crew Person (ENGB), (FFT1) + Sawyer/Swamper 2.. Engine Crew Person (FFT1 or FFT2, Entry level) 3.. Hazard Timber Feller (FAL1/FAL2) 4..
