Human Resources Generalist: The City of Bowie is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide HR support and counsel to managers and employees in areas including: employee relations, performance evaluations, employee benefits, and staff communication among others. The incumbent will support assigned departments by coordinating key HR processes, programs, and initiatives, while assisting in providing proper interpretations and applications of City policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in HR or related field 4 years of HR experience Certain combinations of training and experience may be consideredBachelor’s degree in HR Management, or a related field Public Sector HR experience SHRM or IPMA certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Salary: $27.46 Hourly
