Here are the top four stories today in New Orleans: A boil water advisory has been issued for parts of Jefferson Parish, including Jean Lafitte, Barataria and Crown Point. The water pressure apparently dropped below a safe threshold during a main water line repair and is expected to remain in effect for the next 36-48 hours. (NOLA.com) NOLA's indoor mask mandate was lifted on Thursday morning. If the downward trend in posotive tests continues, the vaccine and test requirement will be lifted for buisness on March 21. Masks are still required in healthcare facilities and on public transit. (WDSU New Orleans) The Lousiana State Police had a busy Mardi Gras this past weekend. They seized a total of 24 illegally possessed firearms, made arrested 44 arrests and made almost 1,100 public assists.
