Suspect Arrested In Shooting Near Famed Pittsburgh Restaurant

PITTSBURGH, PA — Police have arrested a suspect in an early morning shooting in Duquesne Heights Wednesday that left a man in critical condition. Neil Toalston, 27, of Alliance, Ohio, is charged with criminal attempt homicide, aggravated assault and prohibited offensive weapons, Pittsburgh public safety officials said. He is being held in the Allegheny County Jail. The shooting occurred around 3 a.m. in the 1400 block of Grandview Avenue near the Monterey Fish Bay Grotto, one of the city's most popular restaurants.
