I am looking for individuals who are looking to advance into a career to become self employed in the construction industry. I will train you for one full calendar year in all trades. That includes framing, siding, roofing, windows, doors, soffit and fascia, sheeting, etc. I will explain in depth why things are built the way they are and how to keep elements from destroying structures. I will show you how to open a business in your name and how to register it with the state. I will show you how to become insured as well. My goal is to introduce new generations to the construction industry and learn the correct ways of doing the trades. That includes everyone, every race, male or female, all people with or without criminal backgrounds. I will have a no compete agreement contract which is an employee cannot work for any other construction company for the full year that we train you. We will pay for your insurance and for your company to be opened and registered with the state. We will take a percentage out weekly from your pay for the full year to cover these costs. That is on a sliding scale because everyone’s insurance is based on that person’s work history, location, credit, etc. I will introduce you to an insurance agent who will do your taxes. Taxes you will need to keep track of all mileage driven, food receipts, tool receipts, material receipts, etc. Any other tax questions you can ask your tax agent. We work five-day weeks, hours will vary. We travel all over and sometimes multiple jobs in one day. We pay $700 weekly; checks will be made out to your business. When you work a full year with us or if you learn the trades and are comfortable with going on your own, we will sub out jobs to you for three years. The first year we will take 30% of pay from your job, the second year 20% pay, and the third year 10%. The fourth year you can be free to go on your own and get your own jobs or you can keep subbing work from us with no percentages taken out. Serious inquires only.
