Iowa State University Names Molly Segall Peer Mentor For Academic Year The Iowa State University has named peer mentors for learning communities in the College of Human Sciences for the 2020-2021 academic year. Molly Segall, a kinesiology and health major from Deerfield, has been named a peer mentor for the Kinesiology Freshman learning community, a group that helps incoming freshman explore academic and social experiences within their major. Peer mentors help guide new students, helping them get to know their peers, adjust to their surroundings, learn effective study skills, socialize, and connect more deeply with their course of study, faculty and staff, and other resources that enhance their Iowa State University student experience. — Merit Pages News
