We are looking for a PROFESSIONAL & LICENSED concrete and foundation professional for a project in South Los Angeles. We will be providing all concrete, lumber and hardware required. Your price will be for labor only. The plan (Pending Permits) is attached showing scope of work. Please reply with your name and contact information and we will be calling to get more information from you. At that point we will provide more details to you to give an accurate bid to complete the project. Electrical and sewer connections will be handled separately unless that is something you specialize in as well. We are an owner/builder that will be contracting the work, so we do not need another contractor. We need professional masons that do the work directly. Right now we are identifying professionals to hire, but the project may not start for another couple of months so there will be plenty of notice to schedule. Thank you
