How would you like a full-time job with a set schedule, Tuesday – Friday 8:30am to 7:00pm? Torrance Western Self Storage is a family-owned company managing multiple storage facilities. The company offers a stable and strong work environment. We are looking for a full time Assistant Manager to help run the operations with a positive can-do attitude, energetic with good communication skills. Experience in self storage, apartment management and customer service a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Greeting customers and assisting the public with questions they may have regarding self storage operations.
• Showing units to potential customers.
• Daily lock checks.
• Processing lease agreements and associated paperwork.
• Vacating departing customers.
• Receiving and processing customer payments.
• Bank deposits.
• Daily close out of the software system, balancing cash, checks and credit cards.
• Sweeping and light maintenance of facility.
• General office duties.
• Assisting Manager as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Must be detail oriented, efficient, and highly organized.
Successful candidates must pass a drug screen and background check including, but not limited to credit check.
