Took a recent COVID test? Help advance science & earn up to $100 by participating in an online study! We are looking to enroll adults with a recent COVID test in an online, CDC-funded study to examine the long-term physical and mental effects of COVID-19. You may be eligible if you: • Are 18 years of age or older AND • Took a COVID test within the last six weeks (regardless of test result) AND • Experienced a possible symptom of COVID-19 at test time This study is conducted entirely online. COVID self-test kits are considered acceptable for eligibility under certain conditions (i.e., your name and date of test must be clearly written on the test).
