Although I do agree that the only way through it is to face it. I don't agree with anything the other posters had to say. The key to this is to realize you aren't alone. There are networks to help you, webs of individuals who've been there and done it. Arm yourself with the knowledge that you cannot hide from the situation behind foreign substances. Accept the fact that if given the opportunity, they'd do it again. Believe that we all, each and everyone of us, is called to something better than this. DO NOT submit yourself to emotion at this time. The situation you are in was born of emotion. Center yourself and instead embrace bravery, and courage, seek out those who will help.
