Good afternoon, we are doing two Kohls projects 1 in Phone Postal Code 08002 I wanted to see if a co would be interested in picking this one up. There is some electrical work, but much of the scope requires demo and shelf movements. Let me know you are interested. I have attached all pictures and documents needed. Please contact George at 407-456-9999 after you review for any questions. Note CHERRY HILL, NJ,, – Store Scope Counts’. This shows the dates you are needed. This also shows the counts for each scope item. Store Counts are listed at the bottom of this email. Note, This site requires us onsite Week 1 AND Week 4. Week 4 is only for the MAKE READY SCOPE, everything else will be done on Week 1. Scope items description. Please call me to go over in more detail. Note, Launch Pad Fixture Removal. Please see attached ‘Launch Pad Fixture Removal’. This fixture is to be demoed and brought to the onsite dumpsters. Disconnect power as needed. Remove entire fixture to dumpster. Note, Cornice Lighting Install. Please see attached ‘Cornice Lighting Install’. The brown hutch shown in the photo will need to be broken down and removed to the dumpster. Along the tope you will see white crown molding. A NEW piece of crown molding will be delivered to the site. You will need to install the crown molding across this insert. You will need to install the cornice lights provided behind the white crown molding. Note, Gift Registry Removal. Please see attached ‘Gift Registry Removal’. The desk shown in the photo will need demoed from the wall and disposed of in the dumpster. You will need to cap any electrical by adding white cover plates. Note, Ceiling outlets. Ceiling outlets can be hard to find on the print. In the top right hand corner of the print you will find the “Power Legend”. Use the symbol to find the outlets on the print. We can help you locate the outlets if needed. The scope for this is install a receptacle flush mounted in the ceiling. Note, Wall Demos. Wall Demos can be found on the print. In the top right hand corner of the print you will find the “Demo Schedule”. The scope for this is to remove the shelves in these areas. Save the shelves until the last day of the project. IF the store doesn’t need the shelves you can put them in the dumpster before leaving site. Note, Bed Demo. Please see attached ‘Vera Bed Removal’. This is a fixture they want removed and tossed I the dumpster. Your team can remove this and put it in the dumpster. Note, New Wall. New Wall can be found on the print. In the top right hand corner of the print you will find the “Installation Schedule”. This scope is adding new shelving to the store. KOHLS will be sending 6ft sections of shelving to the store for our use. You will need to measure the section that they want shelves in. THEN you will cut the shelves to size and insert them on to the wall. Note, Wall Moves. Wall Moves can be found on the print. In the top right hand corner of the print you will find the “Wall Relocation Schedule”. This scope requires you to remove the wall/shelf sections shown on the print and add the wall/shelf sections where shown on the print. Call me to discuss how this works. This is a main part of the scope. Note, Wall Power. This part of the scope is referring to the WALL MOVES. If a WALL MOVE needs power to a light fixture. You will need to make sure there is power in the new section you are moving the wall too. Most times there will be a duplex where you are adding the wall. IF NO, add the duplex you need and tell us you did this. We have to keep track of additional outlets we are adding. Note, Move Fixture and Power. This is the same as WALL POWER. If it needs power and there is not power. You will need to add power. Please let us know when this happens. We will also make sure to follow up with you to get this information during the project. Note, Corner Filler. Please see attached ‘Corner Filler’. This scope is to demo the corner drywall they did before. We are told the corner was added after the building was done. They want us to cut out this section in the corner. They say it will leave marks but there is drywall in the corner. OTHERS will repair the drywall and paint. Note, Remove and Save. You will find ‘Remove and Save’ under the ‘Demo Schedule’ on the print. This is telling us to remove the shelving but to save it until the end. If we need it then use it. If we don’t need it then throw it away in the dumpster before leaving site. Note, MAKE READY SCOPE. The MAKE READY SCOPE is the demo needed in the jewelry section of the store. This requires NEI to Demo all cases and drywall soffits in this area. KOHLS is planning to have a sephora built in this area. Important notes below.
