Growing Real Estate Company handling 130+ rental units looking to add new capacity for residential repairs and rental turnovers. We're looking for an experienced person for residential property work that typically drive with tools for small repairs (light duty plumbing, electrical, drywall, hvac maint etc.), and capable of doing paint/floors on unit move-outs. We're looking for competency and quality for the scope of work. Compensation will match or exceed the market relative to the scope of work
