Gutter cleaning prices •1 story houses = $150.00 up to 100 lineal feet additional $.52 per additional lineal foot •2 story houses= $200.00 up to 100 lineal feet additional $.76 per additional lineal foot (Cleaning prices listed above reflect open gutters only no screens/filter) • Gutters with toppers or screens additional fees apply call for inquiry. •Leaf guard installation prices vary based on the chosen product. Call for a bid! •Sprinkler start up •1-5 zones $50 •6-10 $100 •10+ zones equals additional $15 per zone • adjustments and any repairs needed at start up date will be noted. •Sprinkler service/ repair • $80 service charge(start up customers receive 50% off service charge for service and repair) ( services include sprinkler head replacement/ installs, controller adjustments/ rain sensor replacement/install, leak repairs) •additional service included but not limited too: backflow install and service, full sprinkler system install/ added zones) note additional zones will include a $50 dollar tap in fee •Pressure washing services available, houses and or driveways but not limited to call for prices!
