Must have extensive knowledge of all types of floor care including stripping/waxing - buffing - carpets - machine scrubbing - tile/grout cleaning. Lead the following projects/tasks: - Floor projects - Post construction cleaning - Delivery of supplies - Training new staff - Assists with emergency and large scale projects This position requires driving responsibilities throughout service territory of Long Island and New York City. The company will provide a vehicle, EZ pass and fuel card. CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE A MUST. Base Hourly Rate: Hourly rate $25.00/hour. This is an exempt position. You will be paid on a weekly basis each Friday.
