We are expanding our operation and we are looking for experienced crew members to add to our teams. Job Description: - Spring and Fall Cleanups: Edging, Mulching, and Plantings - Weekly Commercial and Industrial Properties - Performing daily equipment maintenance. - Wearing Protective Safety Equipment - To be involved with 'Ice and Snow Management' (i.e., plowing, salting and all related snow equipment. Experience: - Minimum 2-3 years (We will train the right employees that are motivated and eager to learn and grow their career at JAM CORP. Position Requirements: Applicant will not be considered without a Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the landscape maintenance industry. Capable of operating required equipment and tools (Various Stand/Sit Down Commercial Mowers, Power Edging Equipment, Weed Whackers, Power Trimmers, and Power Broom, and Blowers etc... in a safe and responsible manner Effective communication skills – must be able to carry out verbal instructions, read labels and signs. Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices. Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team. Have a valid MA class D driver's license at a minimum. A class A license is preferred Clean Driving Record Must have valid MA DOT CARD Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop everyday, shift starts at 5:45 AM. If you're not here at 5:45 AM you're not working that day.
