TLC is seeking a reliable employee experienced in Asphalt. The employee will be working out of our West Greenwich, RI office on field jobs. The employee must be able to operate a bob-cat, perform dig-outs and grade job sites. They will also be performing duties such as: digging holes, raking and leveling asphalt, operating a jack hammer, communicating progress to the owner, working collaboratively with other team members. Must also be experienced with asphalt paving equipment. This is a working foreman position that requires physical labor. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with others is required. A clean and valid driver's license and Class A CDL licenses are required. Salary is dependent upon experience. Mechanical ability and/or are a plus. Requirements •Class A CDL License •High School Diploma or GED required. •Knowledge of the road construction industry required. •Experience as a general construction laborer required. •Must meet and follow all safety requirements and applicable safety policies. •Perform heavy manual labor under adverse weather conditions required. This includes being able to lift up to 80 lbs.
