Unique position located in Orlando, Florida. Just for 1 single gentleman who is very energetic AND has real skills to maintain a large residential property immaculately both inside and out. Lgbt couple may TRADE a nice luxury 1 bedroom apartment (mostly furnished) - to just One single Property caretaker / HOUSEMAN with excellent skills / experience. Duties include most all general Property maintenance, cleaning, minor repairs, housekeeping, laundry, pool maintenance, detailing cars, help with pets and professionally assist gentleman couple anywhere needed. Luxury apartment is only for 1 person at NO rental cost IF in trade for your working 32 hours weekly. Any work hours requested above the minimum - would be paid $15 hourly. Requires very professional appearance, passing a thorough background check / drug screen, being Nonsmoker and references.
