Unique position located in Orlando, Florida. For just 1 single gentleman who is energetic AND has real skills to maintain a large residential property immaculately both inside and out. Lgbt couple may TRADE nice luxury 1 bedroom apartment (mostly furnished) - to just One single Property caretaker / HOUSEMAN with excellent skills/experience. Duties include all general Property maintenance, cleaning, minor repairs, housekeeping, laundry, pool maintenance, detailing cars, help with pets and professionally assist gentleman couple anywhere needed. Luxury apartment is only for 1 person at NO rental cost IF in trade for your working 32 hours every week. Any work hours requested above the minimum - would be paid $15 hourly. Requires very professional appearance, passing a thorough background check/drug screen, being Nonsmoker and references.
