We are Motion Failure, currently a 3 piece after parting ways with our drummer. We are seeking a full time drummer. We are: 26-30 Experienced live musicians Dedicated Motivated Driven Invested We are seeking: Someone who has a strong understanding of extreme drums with an emphasis on double pedal work. Is dedicated, motivated and creative. We cultivate an environment where we want each member to thrive. Is reliable, and commit to Saturday practices. Can contribute to an extremely affordable monthly rent. We practice in Elgin. Has a strong desire to play shows. Can play to a click.
