Budget Blinds, located in Everett, WA. is looking for someone who has great mechanical ability, excellent customer service skills, and a clean driving record. We provide all the tools and training you will need to be successful on the job. Previous experience in same or related field is a plus. Position is full-time. Ideal candidate will be: * Great with people * Excellent driving record * Good mechanical or woodworking ability * Able to lift boxes up to 40 lbs. * Able to work fast & efficient under pressure * Able to climb ladders & reach overhead * Professional appearance * Non-smoker / non-chewer Compensation: $50,000 - 60,000 annually depending on experience. Generous benefit package available. Summary of job duties & responsibilities: Responsible for the accurate installation of window blinds and shades into homes and businesses. To use your mechanical skills to troubleshoot complex installations and create workable solutions for our clients. To keep van and workplace clean and orderly at all times. To provide the best customer experience through polite and thorough communication with our clients. To be a positive influence in the company, always ready to do what is best for the team.
