AM PM Water Damage Restoration LLC is hiring for an experienced water damage technician. AM PM Water Damage Restoration LLC specializes in water and restoration services. We are located in Snohomish County. This position is responsible for assisting clients with the restoration of their home after a water damage. A water technician's main objective is to remove as much water as possible from the home using extraction methods. The technician will then evaluate building materials to be salvaged or to be removed. The technician will setup equipment in order to control the humidity in the environment until the areas are deemed dry. Qualified candidate would posses most of these qualities and skills: we are willing to train! - 1+ years experience in water damage restoration preferred - Bilingual (not required-but huge plus) - Current IICRC certification or willing to get certified - 18 years or older - Must be able to pass a background and drug screening - Clean driving record - Transportation to job site or office - Ability to be on time to jobs - Must be able to communicate with the customers to schedule follow up visits or the office to schedule them for you - Must be able to be in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics - Must be okay with sewage clean up - Schedule is flexible but be expected to be "On call" as this is emergency service work - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Ability to work long hours and maintain a team player positive attitude Job Duties: - Inspect, evaluate, and document water damaged properties - Document damage on moisture mapping software - Remove standing water from affected area using extraction methods -Setup appropriate amounts of equipment to dry structure - Remove affected building materials when deemed non-salvageable - Crawlspace clean up - Project scope management - Technicians will be required to participate on an on-call rotation for emergency services Pay and Benefits: - Pay is depending on experience - Holiday & sick pay available after 90 days - Retirement benefits after 1 year Hours: - Position is full time, weekends and overtime when necessary.
