Come join our Team...aka Family QUALIFICATIONS: • 3+ Years commercial refrigeration experience on cold and hot side kitchen equipment, HVAC and Refrigeration Installation. Combination of experience and trade school. • Active O6A Electrical card REQUIRED • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills. • Valid driver's license • Active EPA certification • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills •Ability to lift up to 50lbs, safely climb and balance on a ladder, and work together as a team. • Pre-employment background screening (criminal and DMV) as well as post-offer drug testing is required. We hold several badged positions. •Must be organized, detail oriented, professional, friendly and personal communication skills both verbally and written. • Service oriented, with high customer service focus. • Initiative driven and service minded, Reliable and Honest KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Operate, maintain, adjust, inspect and calibrate all refrigeration system safeguards to support warehouse requirements per manufacturer specifications, including the refrigerant leak detections system and new installations. • Complete and evaluate daily logs that log temperature, pressure, and general operation of the refrigeration system. • Keep records of model and serial numbers along with pictures into our work orders system. • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance and repair as needed per customer approvals. • Communicate with Team, supervisor's and Customers. • Basically have good mechanical common sense and experience, good humor, friendly, team orientated, good at taking the lead and commands.
