We're a small landscape design and construction company looking for team members of ALL skill levels. We are in need of respectable enthusiastic crew members - experienced (project lead) and no experience (laborer) with the ability and willingness to do a little bit of everything. We work with plants, wood, stone, concrete, and steel and almost entirely residential. Located in Fremont/Ballard - the majority of our jobs are nearby - generally North Seattle. Qualifications: -Interest in landscape construction - moving and filling - dirt, sand and gravel, trenching and digging, building and fabricating, cutting and sanding, concrete forming. -Excited by working outside in cold wet conditions -Responsible positive 'can-do' attitude -Able to lift/move 50+ pounds -Must pass background check -Willingness to learn, grow and be a positive team player. -Must be reliable and able to take direction. Must have own transportation. Landscaping or construction experience a plus: + experience working on a landscape installation team + competence utilizing basic tools for landscape installation, including light carpentry but not required - training will be provided for laborer position. Work outdoors year-round. Learn from our talented crew and work on projects that are a step beyond traditional. Enthusiasm for stone work, ground work, and contributing to cool projects is also a PLUS because that's how we roll. • No landscape experience necessary.
