During Biden's speech of the State of the Union address he never mentioned that the USA would no longer accept Russian oil or lift the ban on the XL pipeline and drilling for oil in the US. Biden thought he could be friends with Putin and that was a big mistake. I seriously doubt Ukraine will win the war with Stinger missiles and Javelin anti tank weapons. Those that rule the air over Ukraine will be the winner. Right now Russia plans on carpet bombing Ukraine. Why the US does not send unmanned drones and take out key targets is beyond me. No fly zone is what Putin wants and that is why he announced that his nuclear weapons are on high alert. Biden said sanctions will crimple Putin but it will be to little to late. Putin is still pumping oil and the US is still reliant on Russian oil. Tell me again what a great job Biden is doing again.
