Community Housing Improvement Program is looking for a Maintenance Technician, full time, to fill an immediate opening in Marysville, California. The Maintenance Technician is responsible fore: - Preparing vacant units for occupancy in a timely fashion. - Completing work orders, records cost of materials/supplies and hours worked. - Providing excellent customer service to residents. - Handling emergencies during normal work hours as well as being on call after hours. - Providing general maintenance to the property as assigned, ensuring work is completed in a timely fashion.
