We are a multi-family property management company that is seeking maintenance technicians for the greater San Antonio area. We believe our most valuable asset is our people and the residents of our communities are highly dependent on the services our maintenance teams provide. We also provide on-the-job training that will teach you everything that you need to succeed in multifamily maintenance. Responsibilities: • The maintenance staff is responsible for completing all service requests at the direction of the maintenance supervisor or property manager • Perform make readies on rental properties so they are ready for new residents. • Electrical repairs such as replacing breakers/fuses and replacing light fixtures and plugs. • Plumbing repairs such as leaking faucets, sinks, or clearing drains and sewer lines up to 4’ • Carpentry repairs to install trim, exterior siding, and other minor repairs. • Installation and minor repairs of sheetrock, texture, and painting. • Removing bulk trash (including appliances) Equal Opportunity Employer Job Type: Full-time Experience: • Residential HVAC service and install : (Preferred) • Plumbing and Carpentry : (Preferred) • Driver's License (Required)
