Job description Gordon Energy & Drainage has been in business since 1972. We provide basement waterproofing, erosion control, sump pumps, and yard water management to HOME BUILDERS and HOMEOWNERS. We work all over the KC metro area. We are looking to hire to add to our production crews. We need laborers and crew chiefs. This is a full-time, year round position. It is Monday-Friday, from 7:00 A.M until ???. We offer full benefits, including health insurance, 401-k, paid vacation, paid holidays, 1.5 time for over 40 hours, and bonus. YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND A GOOD DRIVING RECORD. We do quite a bit of driving in the KC metro area. We are looking to hire FOR THE LONG TERM!!! Laborers can expect to earn $ 18 - $ 23 per hour, with room to grow into crew chief position. Crew Chiefs can expect to earn $ 22 - $ 27 per hour, with potential for more. Our top crew chiefs currently earn $ 28 per hour. To apply, you must do so in person. We are at 15735 S.
