Rehoming adult red eared slider

Rehoming my female RES. She is friendly and healthy, a great turtle she has never tried biting me or had any health issues. She is currently in a 40 gallon tank as I had to sell her larger 120 when moving as we didn't have space here. That is why I need to rehome her. I'm looking for someone who has plans to get her a larger tank as she needs at least a 75 gallon tank preferably a 120. I'm including a filter, heater, tank, tank stand, light, light stand, full spectrum uv uvb bulb, a couple weeks worth of pellets, some romaine lettuce, and tank topper basking spot. The only way I could fit basking spot on this tank was to cut a hole in the middle of the screen, which isn't perfect but works for now. I have a 10gallon lid covering the hole. I would like to ask a $100 rehoming fee to cover the expense of all these items. $60 if you can pick her and everything up in Baltimore as I would have to borrow a vehicle to move the tank and stand. Happy to answer any questions. Only interested in rehoming her with someone that has owned a slider before or has done thorough research. She is an awesome turtle, it is hard to give her up but I need to know she's in a good home. Thank you.
