Full Time Flooring Cleaning/Maintenance Job We are a cleaning company that has multiple business locations that need floor cleaning in the Northern Virginia & Washington DC market & surrounding area. MUST HAVE A MINIMUM Of (2) YEARS OF FLOOR CLEANING EXPERIENCE Responsibilities Included But Not Limited To: - Stripping and Waxing Floors - Buffing Floors - Extracting and Bonneting Carpets. Able to work alone or with a partner. Days: Monday thru Friday Hours: Hours Will Vary (Mainly 2nd & 3rd Shift) NOTE: From Time To Time, You May Be Asked To Provide Cleaning Services As Outlined Below: - Sweeping - Mopping - Dusting of Windowsills, Vents, Etc. - Wiping Down Surfaces - Cleaning employee restroom and breakroom - Refilling Supplies (Toilet Paper/Paper Towels/Soap, etc) - Vacuuming - Take Out Trash *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 20+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk, and/or Run. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift. Job Compensation: $25 Per Hour Company Van Provided Along With Company Gas Card Qualifications: MUST PASS Background check with fingerprints. (no thefts or any felonies) MUST PASS DMV Background Check Previous cleaning experience a PLUS. NOTE: This is NOT A CASH UNDER THE TABLE Opportunity. Must Be Legal To Work.
