Callejas-Licona, 55, of the 2800 block of W Grandville Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and was arrested at 1:33 a.m. Oct. 22 at Lake Cook and Saunders roads. He was released on a $3,000 bond, and was scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 25 in Waukegan. Ruben Enrique Rodriguez-Quintero, 43, of the 1200 block of Kings Court, West Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and was arrested at 1:25 a.m. Oct. 25 near Portwine Road and CCH Drive. He was released on a $3,000 bond, and was scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 25 in Waukegan.Ricardo Uriel Hernandez Caballero, 23, of the 700 block of Constitutional Lane, Palatine, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a shredded tire, and was arrested at 3:31 a.m. Nov. 22 at Lake Cook Road and CCH Drive. He was released on a $3,000 bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 23 in Waukegan. Unique J. Rattler, 26, of the 2100 block of Williamsburg Drive, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and was arrested at 2:40 a.m. Nov. 27 at Lake Cook and Portwine roads. She was released on a $3,000 bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 23 in Waukegan. Andre T. Vortez, 25, of the 10000 block of S Aberdeen, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, no valid driver's license, and was arrested at 12:52 a.m. Nov. 29 at Lake Cook and Arlington Heights roads. He was released on a $3,000 bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 23 in Waukegan.
