Employment type: part-time and full time positions available Experienced Floral Designer needed for family-owned wedding floral shop. 2+ years experience needed in floral design, production work, and knowledge of flowers. Responsibilities: - client management and customer service skills - consultations - washing buckets and vases - floral design for events (centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, arches, corsages, installations) - travel for event set up and tear down - organization and cleaning of rentals - flower processing from wholesalers - creating proposals for clients - making recipes - editing proposals Requirements: - work well with little supervision - willing and able to take constructive criticism - strong + efficient work ethic - able to carry and lift 30+ lbs - strong trouble shooting skills - able to design based off inspiration photos - extremely detail oriented - strong technology skills - able to stand for long periods of time We are also open to training interested but inexperienced individuals with a strong work ethic. ***Pay based on Experience***
