Urgently hiring! Full Job Description Our AMAZING apartment community in Northglenn, CO is in need of a Groundskeeper to join our Maintenance Team. The Groundskeeper is responsible for assigned grounds and some maintenance duties under the direct supervision of the Property Manager. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and generous benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k. MAJOR GOALS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Perform assigned grounds and maintenance tasks in an organized and timely manner · Police the grounds on a daily basis; clean and maintain common areas · Pressure washing, exterior painting and maintenance of community common areas · Perform assigned landscaping duties · Participate in an ongoing improvement plan · Perform all duties in a manner that will result in the highest quality customer satisfaction The Groundskeeper plays a important role in maintaining the curb appeal and pride of our community and its residents.
