Lawn Care Crew Member **HIRING** SEASONAL - 30 - 35 hours per week Red Cedar Landscape is looking for a highly self-motivated, hard working individual to add to our crew. JOB DUTIES - - Operate a zero turn lawn mower - Use a weed trimmer at every job site - Use a backpack blower at each job site to clean off driveways and sidewalks - Spray weeds as needed with a sprayer - Pull weeds and keep each job site well maintained - Drive a truck with a 12’ – 14’ trailer - Work independently and as a team member - Sit, stand and walk around for at least 8 hours a day. - Keep accurate records of accounts and communicate any issues to management. - Do some basic mechanical maintenance on equipment. - MUST have a valid driver's license Job consists of mowing, weed whacking and then blowing off any driveways/sidewalks, etc of clippings or debris at several commercial and residential accounts. You will be on your own and in charge of your own route and accounts each day. Hours are Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm. Sometimes hours and days can vary due to the weather. For example, if it rains on one of our regular scheduled days you will be working on Friday and/or working longer hours on the other days to catch up. Lawn members usually have 30 – 35 hours per week. Season is May – mid November. Opportunity to also work on Spring clean-ups, Fall clean-ups and snowplowing if interested.
