We are hiring 15 people ASAP. Apply today! POSITION SUMMARY: Prepares, cooks, filters, packages, and palletizes flavored fat. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Follows recipes to prepare and cook FF batches ● Operates the oil filtration process ● Packages, rests and repalletizes finished products ● Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the production paperwork ● Assembles and disassembles and cleans and sanitizes production equipment using sanitation equipment and chemicals ● Operates forklift ● Performs other/additional duties and projects that may be periodically assigned REQUIREMENTS: ● High school education or GED, preferred ● Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred ● Constant walking (concrete surfaces) and climbing (ladders & stairs) ● Safety, Food Safety on-the-job training required ● Ability to speak, read, and write English at the level necessary to successfully perform assigned responsibilities LENGTH OF POSITION: This is a temp-to-hire position.
