Job Title: Shipping Coordinator II Pay: $18-20/HR DOE Schedule: M-F, 10:30am - 7pm Duration: Long term to hire Location: Philomath, OR Key Responsibilities: • Prepare outgoing shipments according to standard processes (which may include completing paperwork and creating labels) and coordinate with a variety of shipping companies • Perform appropriate quality check on parts being packed and order completeness • Receive incoming shipments from existing customers and/or vendors, label equipment with identifying information, and deliver equipment and paperwork to correct locations • Comply with all regulatory requirements, including export compliance and EHS standards • Recognizing and escalating problems - driving long term sustainable solutions • Maintain a safe, clean organized and efficient work area • Work off-shift/overtime, as needed, to support department and meet deadlines Skills Required: 2+ years of Shipping Experience Must have a valid driver’s license and a good motor vehicle driving record Attention to detail Interested in this position?
