Loving lap cat in need of new home

I have a ~5 year old part mancoon kitty that desperately needs a new home. Due to extenuating circumstances I have had to move out of my previous home into somewhere that I can not bring him with me, and he cannot stay where he is currently at for much longer. He is INCREDIBLY soft with long hair, has never bitten a person even once, and he has a very adorable meow when he wants to let you know it is time to give him love and pets. He is both an inside and outside cat and will most definitely let you know when it is time to go outside, so having outdoor access is a must. He is a very loving cat and I hate having to create this post but I am all out of options. His name is Sebastian and I promise if you let him warm up to you, you will find a life long companion that will make sure you know how it feels to be loved, because that is what he has done with me and I hope he can do that with you. He has all of his shots and he is fixed, but he wouldn't hurt to have him visit a vet again sometime soon since it's been a couple of years since his last visit. I will not charge a rehoming fee, I just want to make sure he goes to a happy and loving home. He truly deserves the best environment possible.
