re-wire fluorescent lights to use LED

I have an office building and it has some old fluorescent lights that use a ballast. I’d like to find someone to rewire them and replace them with LED’s. I am looking for someone who has experience doing this work. There are about 8 that need to be re-wired. Some but not all of the work might be done on a Saturday or Sunday, or after 5pm. $17 per hour. Please reply and tell me about your relevant experience.
