Two Different Gigs for the same Location Need 1 person today to assist me on installing about 60 linear feet of base trim in a unit. Must have experience with measuring, miter saws, caulking, etc. Very straightforward / quick gig and I’m paying appropriately for it so please be professional and qualified. $120 Flat - Cash paid at EOD Need an Electrician to come and take a look at the radiator for this same unit. It mysteriously stopped working and I am not the one who can diagnose if it's a wiring issue of if the whole thing needs to be replaced all together. (Will pay what is necessary and standard).
