German Shepherd and chow chow mix - 15 months old

I have a 15 months old Chow chow and german shepherd looking for a rehome. We got him in at the animal Shelter in Saint Croix, USVI about 12 months ago. We have a new born baby and the house is way too small to have a dog as well. He's very playfull with other dogs but a kinda scared of humans until he gets to know you. He has his crate, sleeping bed and some food that will go with him.
