Pool Cleaning Technician Needed Pool Scouts of Kansas City is hiring motivated and hard-working individuals to serve as Pool Cleaning Technicians. No experience required. If you’re trustworthy and reliable, we’ll train you to service our customers’ swimming pools. Part-time and full-time positions available with a starting wage range between $17 - $21 per hour. Pool Scouts is a residential pool service company whose mantra is “Perfect Pools, Scout’s Honor.” Service Technicians travel to customer homes to clean pools, ensure proper water chemistry, verify pool equipment is 100% functional. We’re professionalizing the industry and provide high-quality, recurring cleaning and maintenance services to our customers! What Our Technicians Do • Test water chemistry & add chemicals as needed • Vacuum & skim pool • Ensure a clean pool deck • Inspect pool equipment & perform minor repairs • Offer best in class customer service Job Requirements • Hard-working with a can-do attitude • Reliable and demonstrate initiative • Customer Service mindset: confident, professional, friendly • Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical work • Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided) • Willingness to work flexible hours Previous pool experience and/or mechanically inclined helpful but not required. We provide on-the-job training. We actively seek college students, transitioning military personnel & veterans.
