Handyman / Contractor for several jobs

I am looking to hire one or two people who can perform the following jobs/tasks, which may require a trip or two to Home Depot to get the correct materials/paint. All of these are issues (photos attached of some items) that were not addressed by ORCHID HOMES despite their empty promises that they would be addressed. 1. Replace 3 pendant lights above kitchen island (electrical is fine, just need new fixtures installed, old fixtures removed) 2. Repair and repaint holes, scratches, dings in kitchen cabinet molding and side panels of kitchen island 3. Repair/finish baseboard of bathroom vanity so that it is flush with wall 4. Install door threshold between bedroom and bathroom, ensure that bathroom door still closes (currently nails are sticking up where builder removed the threshold so that the door would close) 5. Repair drywall and paint 3 inch by 4 inch hole in master closet wall 6. Make lights flush with ceiling in kitchen (12 foot ceiling - I have a ladder) 7. Fix wood flooring around toilet in half bath - will likely require you to remove the toilet. Two wood planks do not go all the way to the base of the toilet, so there are small, unsightly gaps at the toilet's base 8. Complete some minor trim work around floor baseboards 9. Fix 3 exterior steps so that there are no gaps Please reach out if you can address these items and we will schedule a time for you to come see the tasks and determine a fair price for all of this work.
