Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 6 AM – 7 PM. Rates are $225 per 5-day week, which includes 7 hours per day, plus $10 per additional 30 minutes. We may occasionally provide incidental weekend care for $20 per hour when available. We will accommodate up to 4 children on a full time basis (7+ hours per week, 5 days per week). Minimized screen time with wholesome media monitoring Care Provider Profile Amira has an extensive background in Montessori-style learning and care. She has worked closely with three different Montessori schools in the valley, spending time with children in the nursery and up to three years old. Amira earned her Certificate of Continuing Education from the Arizona Montessori Coalition, where she has been certified since October of 2013. Specific topics of the certification include Guiding a Child to Greatness, The Montessori Approach to Helping Every Child Develop Self-Discipline, and An Explosion of Language: Supporting the Child’s Sensitive Period for Language Development. She has sat on the board of the Arizona Montessori Coalition as Communication director, facilitating schools and parents with information to guide them through the child’s educational progress and local Montessori goals and growth. Amira has also owned and operated a successful daycare in 2013, called Little Stars Align, where she cared for up to 5 children at a time between the ages of 2 and 7 years old.
