Carpenter/Handyman Assistant $15 to $20/hour

FULL TIME. Immediate help needed for Carpenter Handyman Assistant. Looking for new team members long term. (Not for "sub-out") I provide all of the tools. We do outside Property Maintenance on Condo's & Apartments. We have plenty of work. Must have knowledge with experience for the outside maintenance repair: such as decks, steps (repair and/or replace), screen replacements on outside decks, some painting, some concrete work, some pressure washing etc. Ability and skill in variety of saws: chop saws, skill saws, drills etc. Ability to measure correctly and cut correctly. Work effectively as a team player. Must have a good work ethic. Work days are Monday through Friday (no week-end work unless emergency which is rare.) Work hours are scheduled around requirements of the properties and are subject to change as needed. (Also, if it is "pouring the rain", we do not work in it.) Must: --be a citizen or have green card --have drivers license and dependable transportation. --be able to pass drug test and background check. --be able to work in hot or cold weather. Starting pay $15.00 to $20.00/hour depending on experience. Direct deposit. If you already have these skills and I can see them as you do the work, your pay will compensate with your skills.
