Selling home, need several projects done

Getting ready to sell our home and we are looking for reasonably priced, honest, trustworthy and reliable handyman/contractor(s). We have several projects that will need to be completed by the end of May. Please see listed below in order from highest priority and feel free to message me if you are interested in any/all projects and would like to supply a quote. ***Please DO NOT contact me with any home improvement marketing/advertising products or company programs "door to door sales" Small amount of repairs and re-caulking on ground level exterior vinyl casing Power wash - front of house only - a very small amount of spot washing of remaining areas - front and back concrete - backyard fence Clean, fix minor repair and paint gutters (aluminum but color doesn't match the house) Fence repairs (minor) Landscaping - spring clean-up - weed/seed and maintenance on front/back lawn - front garden - mulch, trim, prune and weed Interior - - Install owner suite closet basic wire organizer (closet will be empty and already prepped *no existing shelving/rod/etc.) - interior painting (some plaster work including popcorn ceiling blending): - kitchen, halls, entrance and 3 bedrooms - ceilings throughout entire home 1434 sqft. *vaulted shed ceiling in living room - remove, discard old carpet and install new *builder grade (2 small bedrooms and owners suite) *most furniture should be removed at this point Small upstairs bathroom *gutted besides the tub surround and LVP flooring was just installed - repair drywall above shower - venetian plaster walls - install new sink vanity, toilet, mirror and exhaust fan *considering between studs recessed shelving/storage Repair/patch drywall in garage ceiling Laundry closet - replace dryer vent with appropriate vent allowing dryer to be closer/flush to wall *considering installing laundry countertop We would like to get started ASAP. I can supply most of the needed information/specs and pictures/video calls for quotes. We would prefer to try and do as many as possible through a contactless method although we understand and are willing to set up appointments for quotes needing to be done in person.
