Framing repair. Block needed between floor joists

I need to have a framer to install a 2x10 block between floor joists. Block was missing when the house was built. Missing block caused rim boards to twist at the end. Therefore, the engineer said that it causes that corner of the house to sink about 1/4 inch. I need a framer who has much experience who can use some pressure to push/pull twisted rim boards back into place and then install a block as it should have been originally. The crawl space has good access is about 4 feet tall and dry. The foundation is solid and not a problem. I took a few photos. Exterior of house is Hardy Plank. I will pay you cash immediately upon completion. I will pay for all materials needed. Please email to explain your approach to a good fix. Please provide approximate quote.
